| RamanRxn1 Microprobes use the most
advanced and innovative technologies to provide distinct advantages
over other available instrumentation. Choose various sampling
options including a Raman microprobe, remote filtered
probe head (both shown above) and Analytical
Sample Compartment. Choose from three excitation wavelengths
to minimize fluorescence and maximize sensitivity.
Fiber optic coupling provides real experimental versatility and
stability and allows for future system upgrade. The RamanRxn1
Microprobe is ideally suited for method-development work, routine
troubleshooting, or materials characterization. Simply switch
fiber optic cables to go between the microprobe and a macrosampling
setup without instrument realignment. The optional calibration
accessory provides an easy-to-use calibration
and validation protocol and ensures optimal instrument performance.
This protocol provides analytical robustness during method development
and instrument documentation for regulatory purposes.
This compact system includes our award-winning axial
transmissive imaging spectrograph design featuring fast ƒ/1.8
optics and our HoloPlex
transmission grating technology.
The HoloPlex advantage provides wide spectral coverage and high
spectral resolution simultaneously for improved qualitative and quantitative
analysis. The entire Raman spectrum is collected instantaneously at high
resolution by optically folding the scattered Raman photons onto a large-format
multichannel CCD detector. Qualitative analysis is faster compared to
traditional scanning instruments because all the wavelengths are measured
simultaneously. This unique advantage also allows for more accurate quantitative
analysis, which is especially important for chemically changing samples
(e.g., polymerizations, curing) or species with widely separated analytical
bands of interest.
User-friendly Windows®-based HoloGRAMS data acquisition
and GRAMS/32®C spectral analysis software allows Raman data
to be easily acquired and quickly analyzed. |
