IO / Extruder Optics

In situ monitoring is a powerful tool for research, analytical, and process development scientists and engineers. The use of an immersion optic (IO) with either an MR Probe or a Mk II probe head and a RAMANRXN SYSTEMS analyzer allows Raman spectra to be collected in situ and simultaneously across the whole spectral range. IO's allow in situ analysis of liquids, slurries, and semi-solids. An optimized extruder optic is available for process development in the laboratory or in manufacturing.

The fixed focus design of the IO provides long-term measurement stability along with superior signal performance which is essential for transferable, high-performance Raman-based analysis.

Features:

  • Removable Immersible Optic – One Probe Head, Multiple Development Options
  • No User-adjustable Parts – Pre-optimized for Experimental Convenience
  • Wettable Components Resist Corrosion in Harsh Environments (including Acidic Solutions)
  • Extruder Proven (HPT-IO-D-NIR only)
