ISO 9001 Registered

Kaiser first received its ISO 9001:2000 Registration from TUV Rheinland of North America, Inc. in November of 2005.  ISO 9001 is a series of international guidelines and standards used for the development of quality systems for worldwide acceptance.  (Certificate Number:  74 300 2705)

 

The scope of Kaiser's registration covers: 

“Design and Manufacture of Raman Spectrographic Instruments Including Software, Fabrication and Assembly of Combiners and Relay Optics for Holographic Heads Up Displays, and Design and Manufacture of Optical Elements.”

Kaiser's Quality Management System (QMS) consists of management, core production and support processes, and document control. We are dedicated to the continuous improvement of our QMS through internal audits and corrective action activities and the monitoring of customer satisfaction.
