The RAMANRXN1™ Microprobe enables Raman analysis of samples on the micron scale. The PhAT System analyzer is a macro-Raman analyzer developed for solids analysis utilizing Kaiser’s PhAT-technology. PhAT-technology revolutionizes solids analysis using Raman spectroscopy by eliminating sampling irreproducibility and focusing sensitivity, by measuring a representative volume of sample, and by offering the benefits of low laser power set below the ANSI recommended exposure limit for skin. The PhAT-enabled version of the RAMANRXN3™ analyzer brings PhAT-enabling technology to the manufacturing environment. The RAMANRXN3PhAT analyzer is housed in an IP 66 stainless steel enclosure that allows the analyzer to be washed down between batches. Kaiser’s PhAT technology allows representative and reproducible measurements to be made of solid samples, powder streams, and manufacturing unit operations using solids including granulation, milling, blending, coating, drying, compaction, and tableting.
